How does this 90 Day Nutrition Challenge work?
Our nutrition challenge is a three-phase approach.
Phase I- Determine a nutrition baseline.
We assess your current nutritional habits then set you up with a customized plan that will help you get to your goals, and test bio-metrics.
Phase II- Kickoff 2/9 @ 10:30am
During the Kickoff session we will go over how to log your nutrition, the mini challenges within each month, and how we determine an overall winner. We will also go over any questions or concerns that arise with using our customized app.
Phase III- Accountability for Success
Each day you will log your food into your mobile journal. You will also complete a tracking sheet that records meals, post recovery, exercise, water intake, and hours of sleep. Each participant will do a monthly checkin for 30 mins to develop new actions steps (this can be in person, via chat or video call). In addition, all participants will join a weekly chat via our customized app.
